Remote Assistance: Step-by-Step Guide

In order to get remote assistance, follow the steps below please.

Getting Help

1. Click the search bar on your taskbar and type "QuickAssist". (click here for instructions on installing it)

2. In the Code from assistant box, enter the 6-digit code they gave you, then select Submit.

3. To allow the connection and start sharing your screen, select Allow.

4. When we are helping you, we might request full control of your PC. If you want to allow it, select Allow.
   To stop allowing full control, select Cancel control.

5. When you’re done getting help, select Leave.
